Private Sellers will pose many problems for the real estate agent, so as a Realtor it is important to understand what the purpose of the call is. It simply to get in the For Sale by Owners home. You never try to list the home over the phone and you do not waste your time trying to give Canada Private or USA Private Seller as a give without meeting face to face.
